I found this place right down on the peer in Long Beach when looking online because Kelly and I were going down to see the Star Trek Tour at the Queen Mary. It is a large restaurant right at the end of the boardwalk (which seems a plastic fantastic version of Oaks Bluffs on Marthas Vineyard). It is quite large and has indoor and outdoor seating as well as a sushi bar. The service is good, and the food was quite tasty. I would certainly try this place again if I was in Long Beach.

Both Kelly and I had the California Style Clam Chowder, which is New England Style Clam Chowder with California Clams, which were tasty and not gummy at all. The Chowder was thick and quite tasty. And I liked the cracker that they put in their as well, tasted like a normal cracker, but sure didn't look like it. I had a bowl and Kelly had a cup.

I know I am supposed to be dieting, but I went for the FIsh and Chips, which were quite tasty, though the batter was a bit too thick for my taste. It had 2 pieces of fish and french fries, and I used my regular malt vinegar to bring it to taste. The fish was quite good though.

Kelly had the crab cakes for an entree, and they were excellent, as was the tasty sauce they put on them, which was a chipotle aioli and it also includes some tasty field greens.

This place was quite good, and has a great view of the Queen Mary, the harbor and the lighthouse across the way, and the outside tables are surrounded by plexiglass to keep the wind off, which is quite nice as you are right on the harbor. This place is pretty damn good.
