Jonahlee.com is Jonah Lee Walker’s personal web domain where you can view his short films. This is a companion site to his company site for Whale of a Tale Productions.

Jonah Lee Walker is a Video Editor and Graphics artist living in North Hills, CA with his lovely wife Kelly Lynn Pancho Walker. He has worked on various projects from the Lord of the Rings extended DVD’s to commercials, reality shows and infomercials, and has extensive graphics experience especially with After Effects and it’s various plug ins.

The newest set of short on the site is The Misadventures of Macy Bear. This is more of series to show off some special effects and have some fun. The first 2 episodes were tests, but a third is in the works and will be released shortly which has a story, and a whole lof of effects. It was also started in Final Cut Pro 7 and ended up being finished in Adobe Premier Pro CS5.5 after the whole Final Cut Pro X debacle.

This is also where the Foam Hedz are based. The Foam Hedz are a series of episodes features Puppets created by Jonah and his college friend from the University of Southern California, School of Cinema and Television Production, Jared Baker. Jared currently works in Special Effects. The Foam Hedz have not been produced in a bit of time, but there are plans to do Band Interviews with the two puppets to bring the Foam Hedz in a new direction.

Adobe has released Photoshop Touch for the iPad 2

Scott Kelby has a goof article on adobe’s release of Photoshop Touch for the iPad 2 (not for the iPad 1, which I have so I can’t check it out).

It has Levels. It has Curves (it has CURVES!). It has Shadow/Highlight, there’s a Gaussian Blur Filter, you can add text, the Layers have blend modes (Screen, Multiply, Overlay, etc.), and you can show/hide them — change their opacity — create blank layers, duplicate layers, all that stuff. There are effects filters, there’s noise reduction, you can make selections (and you will love how they implemented them). You can share images direct to Facebook, and a whole bunch of other stuff I didn’t think would be there….but is.

Of course, it doesn’t have everything the desktop Photoshop has (or there is no way it be able to run on a tablet), but I think you’ll be surprised at the cool stuff it does have.

Sounds pretty cool, and I would love to try it out
